Toggle Filter

Perfect for Toggle (boolean) fields like "Featured", "In Stock", or "Published". Provides Yes/No/All options with various visual styles.

Perfect for: Toggle fields like Featured, InStock, Published, Available, or any true/false values

How It Works

Toggle filters work with Toggle (boolean) fields in your CMS. They give users three options: Yes (true), No (false), or All (show everything).

Perfect for filtering by featured items, availability status, publication state, or any yes/no field in your collection.

Setup Steps

  1. Add filter in property panel: Click "+" to add a new filter
  2. Choose "Toggle" type: Select Toggle from the filter type dropdown
  3. Select your field: Choose which Toggle field to filter (e.g., "Featured", "InStock")
  4. Choose style: Switch, pills, or radio buttons
  5. Set labels: Customize Yes/No text if needed

Property Panel Settings

Configure the toggle filter in the property panel:

  • Filter Label: What users see (e.g., "In Stock", "Featured Items")
  • CMS Field: Which Toggle field to filter
  • Style: Switch, pill buttons, or radio buttons
  • Yes Label: Text for true state (default: "Yes")
  • No Label: Text for false state (default: "No")
  • All Label: Text for showing all items (default: "All")

Tips & Best Practices

  • Switch style works great on mobile and modern interfaces
  • Always include an "All" option so users can see everything
  • Consider the default state - "All" is usually the best starting point
  • Toggle filters combine well with other filter types for refined filtering
