Promotional Pricing:

• Launch pricing may vary and is subject to change without notice
• All purchases are one-time payments with lifetime access
• Pricing is subject to change at any time

3. License Grant

Upon purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Access Framer CMS MultiFilter components
• Use the components in client and personal projects
• Receive updates to the components for the lifetime of the product

Important: You receive access via Framer component share URLs, not direct source code. This ensures you always have access to the latest versions and updates.

4. License Restrictions

You may NOT:

• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the components
• Share your component access URLs with non-licensed users
• Use the components to create competing products or component libraries
• Claim the components as your own work
• Share your account credentials with others

License Verification: We reserve the right to verify license authenticity and take action against unauthorized use.

5. Account Registration

To access your purchased components, you must:

• Provide a valid email address
• Create a secure password
• Keep your login credentials confidential
• Be at least 18 years of age

You are responsible for all activity under your account.

6. Product Delivery

Upon successful payment:

• You'll receive immediate access to your dashboard
• Component share URLs will be available for download
• You'll receive a confirmation email with account details

7. Updates and Support

Updates:

• We provide free updates to all components for active license holders
• Updates are delivered automatically through the component share URLs
• We reserve the right to discontinue updates at any time

Support:

• Support is available only to active license holders
• We provide assistance with technical issues and component incompatibilities
• Support does not include custom development or implementation services
• Response time: up to 72 hours (business days)

8. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products with immediate access, all sales are final unless you meet the conditions outlined in our Refund Policy.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Framer CMS MultiFilter components are provided **"AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE"** without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation

We do not guarantee that the components will meet your specific requirements or work with all Framer projects.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Damages resulting from your use or inability to use the components
• Any third-party claims arising from your use of the components

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the license.

11. Intellectual Property

All components, code, designs, documentation, and related materials are our exclusive intellectual property and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Purchasing a license does not transfer any ownership rights to you.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and license if:

• You violate these Terms and Conditions
• You engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior
• You share your account or components with unlicensed users
• You use the components in unauthorized ways

Upon termination, you must immediately cease using all components and remove them from your projects.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

14. Third-Party Services

Our service integrates with:

• Lemon Squeezy (payment processing)
• Supabase (data storage and authentication)
• Framer (component hosting and delivery)

Upon termination, you must immediately cease using all components and remove them from your projects.

15. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by international commerce laws and best practices for digital products. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation.

16. User Conduct

You agree to:

• Use the components legally and ethically
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer or extract source code
• Not use the components for unlawful purposes
• Respect the intellectual property rights of others

Upon termination, you must immediately cease using all components and remove them from your projects.

17. Data and Privacy

Your use of our service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our service, you consent to our data collection and use practices.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Framer CMS MultiFilter.
